Why Are Your Feelings Blocking Your Health?
If there’s one takeaway from today, it’s that healing isn’t just about what you eat or how much you exercise. You can do all of that perfectly, but if you’re holding onto hate, anger, or other negative emotions, you will block your own healing. It’s like trying to fill a cup with holes in the bottom. You have to patch those emotional holes for the healing to stay.
