Should people juice and why?  Can you buy store-bought juice?  Which juices are beneficial?  When should you juice and how often? What does juicing help?  What’s the best way to juice?

Carrots: high in NO, anti-cancer, referenced 1 study that said 5 cups/40 ounces a day for cancer, high in assimilated calcium and other minerals, high beta carotene, vitamin C and iron and potassium, good for the liver and GB, good for eyes

Celery-liver and GB and high in minerals

Apple-oxygenates the cells, softens gall stones

Grape, squash, cucumber

Blood sugar and juices-first “CHEW” swish the juice to slow the blood sugar response.  Dilate juice 50/50. Fresh juices possibly come with their own enzymes to help break them down.

Juices come with high nutrients, easily absorbable vitamins and minerals, and enzymes. Good for those with digestive dysfunction, impaired intestines.
