Plan your meals! And find ways to use the same ingredients in different dishes. It's cheaper to buy a lot of one thing that a few different ones.
Reducing food waste. Plan for everything item you purchase, so you actually use it.
Make your own "cheese", plantbased milks, and veggie burgers when possible
Buy in bulk when possible-don’t be afraid of Walmart, Sam’s, Costco
